Insurance Panda History
InsurancePanda.com was established in late 2012 by online insurance industry veterans James Shaffer and Steffen Herringhaus. James, from Boston, and Steffen, from Germany, saw a void on the internet for easy, simple-to-use insurance quote services. Hence, they got together and set up shop in New York City. After much testing, research, and customer satisfaction surveys, Insurance Panda was born.
But what exactly is Insurance Panda and how does it work? Well, Insurance Panda is a one-stop-shop for everything insurance. Customers can come here to learn about insurance and they can also come here to compare insurance quotes.
Car Insurance Information – Our Mission
The way our insurance quote comparison tool works is by taking basic information from our customers and then connecting them with insurance companies who will be fighting for their business. All these companies will then offer you the cheapest quotes possible in an attempt to win your business. A few of the many companies we work with are:
- State Farm
At Insurance Panda, we only work with the most reputable insurance companies. You can be sure that you will be in good hands when you compare quotes with us.
* Important note: Our writers have a proven track record in their field and their opinions are according to our editorial policy backed up by both experience and clear references. However, all information should be taken as a complementary opinion and cannot by its very nature replace the personalized advice of a qualified specialist.
