Insurance Panda App Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the Insurance Panda mobile app can delete app-related data or request deletion of data submitted through Insurance Panda websites.

The Insurance Panda mobile app does not require users to create an account or log in.

Data stored on your device

The Insurance Panda app may save a quote profile locally on your device. This may include:

  • ZIP code
  • General driver and vehicle answers
  • Coverage preference information
  • Estimated monthly premium information entered in the app
  • Rate-check reminder settings

This saved app data is stored on your device so you can return to your quote profile or reminder later.

How to delete data stored in the app

You can delete saved app data directly inside the Insurance Panda app:

  1. Open the Insurance Panda app.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap Clear Reminder to remove a scheduled rate-check reminder.
  4. Tap Clear Saved Profile to remove your saved quote profile and reminder from your device.

Deleting your saved profile in the app removes the profile and reminder from that device. If you use the app on another device, you may need to clear saved data there separately.

Data submitted through Insurance Panda websites

If you choose to continue from the app to an Insurance Panda quote form or website, information you submit there may be processed separately from data stored locally in the app.

Please include enough information for us to locate your request, such as the email address, phone number, ZIP code, or other identifying information you used when submitting the form.

Depending on what you submitted, deletion may include quote request information, contact details, ZIP code, driver or vehicle information, and other information associated with your request.

Types of data that may be kept

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or business recordkeeping purposes. If retention is required, we will keep only the information necessary for those purposes.

Deletion timing

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period of time, consistent with applicable law.
